Fora Financial Donates $25,000 to New York Cares
In honor of Fora Financial's 10-year anniversary, the Company has donated $10 for every new customer they acquired this year, with a contribution of more than $25,000 to New York Cares. This donation will be used for their programming that serves nearly half a million New Yorkers annually. In addition, they’ve hosted numerous events that have benefited the New York Cares community:
- 20 Fora Financial employees volunteered at P.S. 92 in Brooklyn, assisting 70 fourth and fifth graders with their Young Entrepreneurs projects.
- The Company hosted a City Harvest Fundraiser at Thanksgiving, collecting over 300 food items between Fora Financial’s two offices.
- 25 employees visited P.S. 92 in Queens to assist the third, fourth, and fifth graders with sports and fitness stations, reaching 50 of the school’s students.
This fall, Fora Financial will be volunteering with New York Cares again, this time focusing on environmental stewardship. The event will promote environmental sustainability with activities including planting, building garden beds, and mulching.
